We have several different Sauna and Ice Bath therapy sessions to suit your needs. Within each session you will receive, a sauna, Ice bath, organic tea ceremony, specially chosen essential oils and beautiful sound and light therapy to guide you into an improved state of health.
Cancellation Policy
I appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations must be a minimum of 48 hours notice or the total fee of your booked treatment/s will be charged.
